How to Use
Spider Solitaire is one of the most classic single-player card games, famous from Windows. This version uses a one-suit 104-card deck (two decks of spades) dealt into 10 columns: the first four columns get six cards each and the last six get five, with the bottom card of each column face up. You may place a card on any card one rank higher regardless of suit, or move a same-suit descending run as a group. When a column shows a complete King-to-Ace same-suit sequence it is collected automatically; collect eight such runs to win. The Deal button adds one card to each column, but only when no column is empty.
FAQ
How is Spider Solitaire different from Klondike?
Spider uses two decks (104 cards) dealt into 10 columns and aims to build eight King-to-Ace same-suit runs. Klondike uses one deck and builds four suits from Ace to King. The rules and layouts differ.
How do you win Spider Solitaire?
When a column shows a complete same-suit run from King down to Ace it is collected automatically. Collect eight such runs to win. This version uses the easy one-suit mode, so every card is a spade.
When can I deal more cards?
Only when none of the 10 columns is empty. Dealing adds one card to each column (10 cards total), so fill any empty column first.
Can I undo?
Yes. Click Undo or press Z to take back your last move, including deals.
